Our surveys can be carried out as a pre-completion inspection, completed before legal completion, these checks give you the confidence to address any issues with your builder before finalising your purchase, or the more traditional post-completion snagging survey - Conducted after legal completion, when you are legally the owner of your new home.

Rest Assured
All surveys are carried out by an independent, accredited snagging surveyor with 10 years of experience. Each inspection is detailed and includes thermal imaging as standard. We’re always happy to offer guidance and support after your survey, giving you reassurance as you move into your new home
