Our surveyor, Jack, brings over a decade of experience in the new build industry, having worked in quality management, project delivery and customer service with many of the UK’s leading housebuilders - including Taylor Wimpey, Barratt, Redrow, Persimmon and Bellway.
This background gives a deep understanding of how new homes are built, standard of finish, how developers operate, and how to communicate effectively to get things resolved.

Jack is an RPSA-accredited Technical Member, and holds advanced qualifications in construction and project delivery. Every inspection is carried out in accordance with NHQB (New Homes Quality Board) and NHBC (National House Building Council) advice and guidelines, ensuring a trusted and consistent approach.
